The JCC is preparing a taste-tempting community cookbook featuring recipes from our members, staff and parents. These cookbooks will be professionally published in hardcover with a full table of contents, an index, helpful cooking tips, special pages of interest, personalized recipe category dividers and pockets for additional recipes that you may have. The books are certain to be treasured for many years to come.
Please submit 3-5 of your favorite recipes so you can be represented in our community cookbook. Please follow the instructions above to submit recipe. Your name will be printed with each of your recipes. If several people submit the same, or similar recipe, the recipe will be printed once but all names will be listed next to it. (All recipes must be Kosher or be able to be adapted to Kosher.) For every two recipes you submit you will be entered into a drawing to win one of three professional cookware packages.
Sales from this community cookbook will support the JCC Kosher Nutrition Program which provides meals to vulnerable senior adults on Staten Island; many of whom are very elderly, frail or homebound.
